Gear bushing for coupling MZ (MZP)

Production of gear bushings for MZ and MZP couplings with straight and barrel-shaped teeth to order in accordance with GOST 5006-94.

The gear bushing of the MZ and MZP couplings is manufactured with external teeth, the dimensions and module of which correspond to the internal teeth of the gear cage. The bushings are manufactured in cylindrical shapes of various lengths, depending on the type of mounting hole.

Material of bushings of gear couplings MZ (MZP):

• steel St45 (St40x)
• To obtain the required degree of hardness of 35-45 HRC, the external teeth are hardened with high-frequency heat.

Bushings for gear couplings MZ and MZP are manufactured both with rough holes in accordance with the relevant GOST, and bored to the size of the Customer's shafts with the production of a keyway. The clutch gear bushing is used as a spare part to replace the failed bushing used in the working clutch.
