Coupling for crane, mill, pump, conveyor

GOST couplings for motor and gearbox shafts with other equipment.
A coupling is a part designed to connect two ends of a shaft, which are located in the same axis or at an angle, and also to transmit torque with compensation for axial, radial or angular displacements.
Couplings for pumps, cranes, mills, conveyors and other units are designed to transmit rotation from the motor shaft to the shaft of another mechanism (mainly through a gearbox), as well as to compensate for misalignment and misalignment of shafts, dampen vibration, and compensate for starting and shock loads.
There are many types of couplings, the design of which affects the proper operation of the equipment. Therefore, our company manufactures any couplings according to customer drawings:
- Gear couplings MZ and MZP (with an intermediate shaft) - compensate for angular, radial and axial displacement of shafts, resistant to high-frequency rotations.
- Elastic sleeve-pin couplings MUVP - absorb dynamic loads, provide excellent elasticity and electrical insulating properties.
- Bush couplings limit the rotation speed, but do not soften dynamic loads.
- MUP plate couplings – compensate for angular, radial and axial displacements of the connected shafts.
- Leaf couplings ML - provide a high level of compensation for axial, radial and angular displacements, absorb dynamic, shock and vibration loads.
- Sprocket jaw couplings - soften light loads and eliminate minor vibrations and shock absorbers.
- Flange couplings do not compensate for shaft displacement.
- MC chain couplings are used for high loads that exceed the speed transmitted by the shafts.
