Toothed collar for MZ clutch (MZP)

Manufacturing of toothed clamps for MZ and MZP couplings with straight and barrel-shaped teeth to order according to GOST 5006-94.

The toothed collar of MZ and MZP couplings is made with internal teeth, the dimensions and module of which correspond to the external teeth of the toothed sleeve.

Material of the clamps of toothed toothed couplings MZ (MZP):

steel St45 (St40х)

In order to obtain the required degree of hardness of 35-45 HRC, internal teeth are hardened by high frequency.

MZ and MZP Gear Coupling Bushings are used: Coupling gear collar is used as a spare part to replace a failed one used in a working clutch.
